1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between you and Ranganath's Cosmetology Center ("RCC Dental"), operating at 50, Shanthi Layout Main Rd, Akshaya Nagar 2nd Block, Dr Ambedkar Nagar, Ramamurthy Nagar, Bengaluru 560016. By using this website or booking through it, you agree to them.

2. What this website is

This website provides information about our dental clinic and lets you request an appointment. It is not a medical service and does not replace an in-person consultation. Do not use content on this site to self-diagnose or delay urgent care.

3. Appointments

• Requests via WhatsApp, phone, or the contact form are not confirmed until we reply with a slot.
• Please cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours in advance.
• Repeated no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.

4. Treatment and consent

Every treatment plan is discussed and consented to in writing before work begins. Estimates given over WhatsApp or the phone are indicative only; the final quote is issued at the clinic after examination.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of treatment unless a written EMI or staged plan is agreed. We accept UPI, cards, cash, and Bajaj Finserv EMI. GST is included in the quoted price where applicable.

6. Warranty on prosthetics

Crowns, bridges, implants, and dentures carry a warranty against manufacturing failure — details in your treatment plan. Damage caused by trauma, neglect, or failure to attend recall visits is not covered.

7. Content on this website

All text, photos, and case galleries are owned by Ranganath's Cosmetology Center. You may share links and short quotes with attribution; you may not republish patient photographs or clinical images.

8. External links

We reference third-party sources (ADA, WHO, IDA, PubMed) for evidence. We are not responsible for the content of external websites.

9. Liability

To the extent allowed by Indian law, our liability for the website is limited to the amount you paid us for services in the previous 12 months.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, Karnataka jurisdiction.
